A CLEAR STARTING POINT
Terms
Draft updated October 26, 2026
These draft terms describe the current ClipForward service and how its account and subscription features work. Read them together with the privacy notice and the details shown when you choose a plan.
What is available today
You can sign in with Google, create and organize project drafts and notes, upload media, edit videos, export MP4 files, connect supported social accounts, and manage a subscription. Studio also supports multiple workspaces and shared team access. Account eligibility and each platform's app permissions or approvals can affect which connections are available.
Scheduling and cross-platform publishing are still in development. A roadmap or preview is not a commitment to a release date, a completed feature, or uninterrupted availability.
Your account and content
Use an account you control and connect only social channels you are authorized to manage. Keep access to your Google account secure. Do not use the service to access another person's workspace, misuse platform credentials, interfere with the service, or store material you are not entitled to use.
Your project information remains your content. The service stores and processes the media, edits, transcripts, and notes you provide so that it can operate your workspace and render your exports. Only upload content you have permission to use. The service does not publish to your connected platforms.
Plans and subscriptions
The free plan currently includes 3 saved project drafts and 1 connected social account. Creator includes 25 drafts and 3 connections; Studio includes 100 drafts and 6 connections per workspace. Project, storage, and export allowances are shared across workspaces with the same billing owner. Each platform supports one account per workspace. Free and Creator use a personal workspace. Studio currently has no workspace or member cap, and the owner's subscription covers invited teammates without requiring each teammate to purchase a plan.
Free includes 500 MB of media storage, 100 MB per upload, and 5 exports daily of up to 5 minutes each. Creator includes 5 GB, 500 MB per upload, and 30 daily exports of up to 30 minutes. Studio includes 20 GB, 500 MB per upload, and 100 daily exports of up to 60 minutes. Export files count toward storage. Automatic transcription supports English source files up to 30 minutes; review its accuracy before using it.
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions processed by Stripe. The selected amount, currency, billing interval, discounts, and any taxes are presented before payment. A yearly plan is billed as a full annual payment even when its price is displayed as a monthly equivalent. Review the actual checkout total before confirming.
A subscription renews according to the interval and renewal terms you accept at checkout until canceled. Payment status determines paid access; a failed or inactive subscription can return your account to free limits. After a downgrade, the owner retains access to the personal workspace; additional workspaces and shared member access are locked until the owner restores Studio. Their data is retained. Accessible drafts remain editable, but you cannot add more projects or connections while at or above the applicable limit.
Shared workspaces
Workspace members can view and edit shared projects, media, transcripts, and exports. Owners and admins manage social connections, invitations, and members within their role permissions. Only the owner manages billing and administrator roles. Invite only people you authorize to access the workspace's content and channels. Non-owner members can leave, and authorized managers can revoke access. Removing access does not delete shared content.
Changes, cancellation, and refunds
As the workspace owner, open Billing to access Stripe's customer portal for the subscription and payment options enabled for your plan. The portal shows the effective timing of a plan change or cancellation. If a cancellation is scheduled for the end of a paid period, access follows the subscription's status through that period.
Signing out, deleting a project, or disconnecting a social account does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation also does not automatically delete your workspace. If the portal is unavailable or you have a billing question, contact the operator using the support details below.
The operator has not yet provided a refund policy. It must be published and shown with the relevant purchase terms before live customer payments are accepted. This draft does not promise or exclude refunds and does not replace any rights that apply to a purchase.
Connected platforms
Connections use each provider's authorization screen. The current permissions identify accounts and read basic account or channel information; they do not authorize this service to publish posts. Publishing will require additional features, permissions, and platform approvals.
Platforms control their own availability, account eligibility, authorization expiry, access rules, and API limits. A connection can expire or require authorization again. A paid ClipForward plan does not guarantee that a platform will approve an app, permit an account connection, or provide a particular API capability.
Workspace owners and admins can remove a connection. This deletes the credentials stored by this application; use the platform's own app settings to revoke its authorization grant completely. Your use of each connected platform is also subject to that platform's terms.
Service changes and account requests
Features, plans, and these terms may need to change as the service develops. Any new purchase terms should be presented before they apply to a new purchase or renewal as required. There is no published service-level commitment for this foundation.
There is no self-service account-deletion or export flow yet. Use the operator's support contact for account and privacy requests. The final operating terms must explain request handling, retention, service suspension, and any applicable legal provisions before public launch.
